Does it deliver?
The proximity to medical care is outstanding! ! Spacious room with a kitchenette made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast lady was exceptionally friendly and kept the food fresh.
The shower water pressure was disappointing, and the area felt a bit sketchy. No elevator access made navigating to the upper floors challenging for those with mobility issues.

The room offered a great amount of space, perfect for our family needs. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare some snacks, a big help when juggling kids. I loved the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the entire suite. Staff provided friendly service, always willing to help with questions. The breakfast featured warm waffles, a hit with the kids. However, the hotel had some dated features like outdated furniture in the common areas and a bit of wear in the rooms. The location near Mayo Clinic was ideal, just a short drive away, but the appearance of the exterior could use some sprucing up. The hotel could improve by updating some furnishings and ensuring all communal spaces are cleaner. Overall, we felt well taken care of during our stay.

We had a lovely stay with comfy beds and enjoyed the nice hot breakfast each morning. The pool and fitness center were great spots to relax after a long day. The only downside was the bathroom sink was a bit low for us tall folks, but it didn’t spoil our time! 😊

We loved the huge room with a kitchenette and a separate living area for our family. The breakfast was delightful, and having the shuttle to Mayo made our visits super convenient. Our grandson enjoyed the stay, especially having space to play.
In my wife’s opinion, an indoor access between rooms would be great for families with children.

The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Room sizes are spacious, with updated amenities, although I did notice issues with Wi-Fi and a lack of cleanliness in some common areas. The dated exterior doesn't match the comfortable rooms inside.
